Instead, he just grabs a handheld nozzle to his side and pulls it forward to spray into Brad's forehead with a blast of concentrated water. He really hadn't needed to use magic for that, but Viktor didn't go showing him all the accessibility features of his shower. This is a nice one. Definitely soaking Brad in too much water for him to keep teasing.
