Yeah. I mean, don't get me wrong: magic makes life much easier. But I usually use it for stuff like levitating things to me, or teleporting something from my place to me. Fighting darkspawn is one thing, I'll be in that fight until I die, but I don't wanna deal with assholes who're afraid of magic, or people who just wanna start shit with me. If I can scare 'em away with just existing, that's all for the better. I'm gonna have kids someday, and I want 'em to be safe growing up.
