He learned that lesson centuries ago, back when he was still young for a wizard, when fumbling hands in the dark turned to a slap and an empty bed. So he doesn't say anything, but instead just feels his way up Viktor's front, shimmying his shirt up a bit as he explores, taking in everything the man has to offer. Brad is a bit of a romantic, and he takes his time to appreciate his partner. He actually does have all day to lounge around in bed, so there's no sense of urgency in his motions.
He accepts the kisses though, and honestly it's a wise choice. Brad can't run his mouth if it's occupied. But he does work to roll the two of them over, so he's the one on top of Viktor.
